Executive Chef Mark Carter perfected the art of garde manger at the Seattle Yacht Club, Bellevue Club Hotel and Bellevue Red Lion before opening his own catering service. He enjoys using uncommon herbs and unique ingredients to create his own new and exciting "traditional Northwest" cuisine.
